Description

Base 

  • Hold your legs in a 90° angle to your upper body (ankles are exactly above your hips).
  • Relax your feet.
  • Keep your arms up straight to support the flyer.
  • Sink your shoulders into the floor.

Flyer 

  • Keep a straight and tight body (engage your core).
  • Hold the hands of the base and keep some weight in the hands.
  • Relax your shoulders.

Spotter 

  • Stand at the back of the flyer.
  • Make sure the flyer doesn’t fall backwards.
