Shoulderstand on Feet (Belly Base)

Base Position: Base lying on the belly
Flyer Position: Flyer on shoulders
Contact Point: Flyer on feet of base

Description

Base 

  • Lie on your belly.
  • Balance the flyer on your feet.

Flyer 

  • Keep your body straight or slightly hollow.
  • Stay tight (engage the core and your legs).
  • Place your hands on the shins of the base, fingers point down.
  • Push your hands down on the shins of the base to keep the balance.

Spotter 

  • Stand at the back of the flyer.
  • Spot the hips.
