                  Description
                                      Base 
- Place your feet on the bum of the flyer.
- Flex your feet (this prevents the flyer from falling backwards).
Flyer 
- Plank (hollow body, try to look at your feet).
- Keep a tight body (engage the core and your legs).
Spotter 
- Stand on the side or at the back of the flyer.
