Description

Base

  • Bring your feet to the hips of the flyer with pointed toes. 
  • Receive the flyers weight slowly with your feet. 

Flyer

  • Keep your body straight or slightly hollow.
  • Stay tight (engage the core and your legs).

Spotter

  • Stand at the back of the flyer.
  • Spot the hips.
