                  Description
                                      Base 
- Flex your hands. 
-  Keep your arms straight. 
-  Place your fingers at the front of the flyers body, your thumb is on the back. 
-  Balance your flyer. 
Flyer 
- Keep a tight body (hollow and engage your core). 
-  Keep your arms straight. 
-  Hold the arms/shoulders of the base (depending on the size difference). 
Spotter 
- Stand at the back of the flyer. 
-  Spot the hips.
