Flyer Position: Standing flyer
Contact Point: Flyer on the knees of base

Description

Base 

  • Lean back with straight arms (this allows the flyer to lean forward and come into the counterbalance).

Flyer 

  • Place your feet parallel to the thighs of the base.
  • Keep a straight body (hips can come slightly forward).

Spotter 

  • Stay close to the hips of the flyer.
