                  Description
                                      Base 
- Lie on your back. 
-  Bend your knees. 
-  Keep your feet on the floor, hip width apart. 
-  Keep tension in your legs. 
Flyer 
- Place your feet on the knees of the base. 
-  Come to a squat. 
Spotter 
- Stand on the side.
