Flyer Position: Standing flyer
Contact Point: Flyer on shoulders of base



  • Sit up straight.
  • Tighten up your core.
  • Hold the calves of the flyer and pull them down (this makes the flyer feel safe and grounded).
  • Relax your shoulders to offer a nice platform.


  • Hold a straight and upright position.
  • Tighten up your body.
  • Keep your legs straight.
  • Turn your heels in and push against the bases head with your legs.
  • Relax your feet.
