Hold your legs in a 90° angle to your upper body (ankles are exactly above your hips).
Place your feet as close as possible to the hips of the flyer (this makes it easier for the flyer).
Point your toes slightly out.
Pike your hips to about a 90° angle (bring your toes towards your ears).
Relax your upper body (let it hang down).
Spot at the back of the flyer.
Spot the hips of the flyer (both hands under the legs, so you can catch the flyer if the base collapses).
