Flag with Hand Support

Base Position: Standing base
Flyer Position: Standing flyer
Contact Point: Flyer on the knees of base



  • With one hand hold the heel of the flyer, with the other hand take the top part of the foot
  • You can balance by moving the knee front and back over your feet.


  • Stay straight and don't twist your body.
  • Flex foot to make it easier for the base to hold it


  • Stand in the back of the flyer spotting the hips
  • If necesarry use also a spotter for the base.
