Reverse Upper-Arm Stand (L-Base)

Base Position: Base lying on the back
Flyer Position: Flyer on shoulders
Contact Point: Flyer on hands of base



  • Flex your hands.
  • Keep your arms straight.
  • Place your fingers at the front of the flyers body, your thumb is on the back.
  • Balance your flyer.


  • Keep a tight body (hollow and engage your core).
  • Keep your arms straight.
  • Hold the arms/shoulders of the base (depending on the size difference).


  • Stand at the back of the flyer.
  • Spot the hips.
