Reverse Handstand on Hands (Standing Base)

Base Position: Standing base
Flyer Position: Flyer on hands
Contact Point: Flyer on hands of base



  • Hold the flyer over your body (not too much in front of you).
  • Turn your hands out.
  • Push your elbows up.


  • Hold a handstand position.
  • Keep pressure in the hands.
  • The balance should be a little bit over the base.


  • Stand at the back of the base.
  • Keep your hands up and reach for the shoulders of the flyer.
  • Push the shoulders back, if the flyer closes them too much.
