- Balance the handstand with small movements.
- Place your hands on the middle part and heel of the feet.
- Make a handstand with your back to the base.
- Stand at the back of the flyer.
- Spot mainly the shoulders of the flyer.
- Push the shoulders back if the flyer is closing the shoulders too much.
