Reverse Handstand on Feet (L-Base)

Base Position: Base lying on the back
Flyer Position: Flyer on hands
Contact Point: Flyer on feet of base



  • Balance the handstand with small movements.


  • Place your hands on the middle part and heel of the feet.
  • Make a handstand with your back to the base.


  • Stand at the back of the flyer.
  • Spot mainly the shoulders of the flyer.
  • Push the shoulders back if the flyer is closing the shoulders too much.
