- Lie on your back.
- Bend your knees.
- Keep your feet on the floor, hip width apart.
- Keep tension in your legs.
- Place your feet on the knees of the base.
- Come to a squat.
- Stand on the side.
- Spot the shoulders and the head of the flyers (in case the legs of the base aren’t stable).
