Reverse squatting on Knees

Base Position: Base lying on the back
Flyer Position: Standing flyer
Contact Point: Flyer on the knees of base



  • Lie on your back.
  • Bend your knees.
  • Keep your feet on the floor, hip width apart.
  • Keep tension in your legs.


  • Place your feet on the knees of the base.
  • Come to a squat.


  • Stand on the side.
  • Spot the shoulders and the head of the flyers (in case the legs of the base aren’t stable).
