Reverse maria on Feet (L-Base)

Base Position: Base lying on the back
Flyer Position: Kneeling flyer
Contact Point: Flyer on feet of base



  • Place your feet on the shins of the flyer, the heel just below and slightly onto the knees.
  • Flex your toes slightly.


  • Keep your knee joint at a 90° angle.
  • Knees are hip width apart.
  • Keep a tight body (this makes it easier for the base to balance you).


  • Stand on the side.
  • Spot the upper body of the flyer.
