Bow is a L-basing pose where the flyer holds his/her feet in a arched position.
- Point your feet so that the flyer does not get the feeling to fall over to the front.
- Push the hips forward and try to make the bow from you chest and not from the lower back.
- Try to extend the legs and push the knees together.
- Spot the pose from the side and be close to the shoulders of the flyer.
