Shoulderstand (L-Base, supported on the knees) to Shoulderstand (L-Base, hands on ankles)

The flyer releases one hand from the bases knee. The base straightens this leg. From there the flyer brings his free hand to the ankle of the base. After stabilizing this position the flyer and base change the other side the same way. For the base the weight of the flyer comes from over the chest more over the shoulders in that transition.
